Greetings Seniors, Please suggest on Minimum wages for part time job in service sector.. For example if the minimum wages for an employee for 8 hours is Rs.3892/- Then what would be the Minimum wages for a person who works for 6 hours?? Greetings Sir, Madam, HR Professionals, I am working in a Design company where there is 5 days a week schedule. Earlier before there was a policy of giving 7 Casual & 7 Sick leaves per year. No provision was there for paid leaves. Also let me know that these leaves are as per the Govt. rules.
